Register your account if you haven’t already.

Navigate to coaching.
Click on the Coaching tab in the left menu or click Schedule on your dashboard.

Start your live session.
Click “Meet Live Now” to connect instantly with a financial coach.

Check in and get ready.
Enter your name and enable your mic and/or video. A coach will bring you into the session shortly.

How do I join a live coaching session?
Log in to your dashboard, go to the Coaching tab, and click “Meet Live Now”. Enter your name, enable your mic and video, and a coach will bring you into the session shortly.
Do I need to schedule a time for the live session?
No! Our on-demand live coaching sessions allow you to connect instantly without needing to schedule ahead of time. Simply click “Meet Live Now”, and you’ll be brought into a session with a coach.
What happens if no coaches are available right now?
If no coaches are available at the moment, you can either wait for the next available coach or schedule a session for a later time.
Can I choose a specific coach for the live session?
Currently, the on-demand live coaching sessions are available with the next available coach. However, you can schedule a regular coaching session with your assigned coach.
Do I need to have a mic or camera to join?
For the best experience, we recommend turning on both your mic and camera. While you may be able to join without them, enabling the mic will help with real-time communication during your session.
Is there a time limit for each session?
Each live session lasts up to 30 minutes. If you need more time, we recommend scheduling a regular coaching session for a longer, in-depth discussion for up to 45 minutes.
